The Sullivan Fire Protection District serves portions of Franklin, Crawford and Washington Counties in Missouri. The District comprises approximately 174 square miles of mostly rural area, and includes several miles of Interstate 44, the Burlington Northern/Santa Fe railroad, a section of the Meramec River, and the Meramec Caverns.
The Sullivan Fire District serves an increasing population with its  increases in both residential and commercial occupancies. The City of Sullivan incorporates the Sullivan Regional Airport and several medium and large manufacturing facilities. To meet the needs of the District and its taxpayers, we are a 'combination' organization, with both full-time and volunteer personnel.

The District provides fire suppression, fire prevention, education, rescue, and assistance to emergency medical providers to the District's residents and visitors with one crew of full-time personnel supplemented by volunteers, responding from five fire stations.

Board of Directors Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors convene on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
All regular meetings are held at Sullivan Fire Station One, 6 South Church Street, and are open to the public.
Meeting dates may be changed (and often are) to accommodate the Directors' work schedules.
